[Learnosm-coord] Additions to the GPS chapter 4

Hi

I've been discussing with Kate possible additions to Chapter 4.
Map Kibera developed some guides, and I think the section on surveying techniques is a useful addition.
And GroundTruth developed a guide for the Swaziland project, most useful being the configuration of eTrex Legend HCx.
