[Learnosm-coord] Learn OSM Advanced

Hi

This week, I visited a newly started mapping project in a Dar es Salaam slum. Technical lead is one of the folks who took part in the Tandale mapping project last year (http://groundtruth.in/category/tandale/).

He's pretty good, but there a lot of details to advise on, that I wrote up in a recommendations document (attached). I've realized, a lot of these topics are encountered frequently; and there are other "advanced" topics that we all learn and understand at mappers, but aren't necessarily clearly written down.

So, wouldn't it be interesting to compile a list of advanced topics for another edition of LearnOSM? What are your ideas?
