[Learnosm-coord] github issue tracker

Hello learnosm-coord people.


Not sure if it was the intention, but the github issue tracker is currently being used for a discussion (and prototyping a new site design) here:
https://github.com/hotosm/learnosm/issues/1

I was also wondering if there's some workflow to update the site in wordpress, from the RST files in github there, or do these github files represent a "version 2" of the site? I guess the README.rst should explain the planned development process a little.
