[Learnosm-coord] translation header

Hi althio,

You could basically create a new layout doc like this, let's say named
doc-translating.html:

---
layout: doc
---

This is where the header content goes...

{{content}}


I'm not precisely sure how the translations work, but it would be something
along the lines of:

{{site.translations.[page.lang].headertext}}
