[Learnosm-coord] French translation

Hello,

I translated a page in the documentation, can one of the admins validate it?

PS: I never know what is the right process to get the translation
approved/appearing on the website. Is it better to send such emails? On
another projects for which I volunteer, it took more than one month for the
translation to appear

PS2: there should be a new French translator requiring to join the team
soon (if not  done already)
