althio,

It didn't work as well as I would like. My private email address was used,
which meant when I was not available everything stalled. I was in China,
staying in hotels where the available wifi was poor, coupled with gmail not
working at all in China except under special circumstances.

It would be better if the attachments were sent to a generic address that
we could all access, so that another can take over in the event that one of
us is not available for a while.

As an aside, if you are in China, you generally cannot access anything
Google & some other sites such as Facebook. There is a vast population in
China but as far as I know very few people or possibly none from China
involved in HOT. I suspect at some point HOT will appear on the event
horizon for students etc in China & it would be good if LearnOSM was able
to cater for them - no google docs if possible. Just about everything I do
involves gmail & google! - I didn't realise what a handicap this would be -
diary on phone is google calendar, translate app I use is google, I had
several things on google docs etc. - situation was even worse on my laptop.

In conclusion - we need to use some kind of generic email address that
several of us can access, and that accepts attachments.
