[Learnosm-coord] [HOT Training] LearnOSM Website Project Page

Umm, not sure how exactly it related to the wiki-page Tom; but it's basically just to catch any traffic/i.e. be a spot for people to 'learn about Learn' via the website.  You see I also added a link to the site itself, but we can also add 'other project pages' - such as the github repo?

I'll leave that up to the 'volunteer leads' for LearnOSM (Althio, Nick?)
