[Learnosm-coord] The OSM Wiki says not to use osm2pgsql with Windows?

This is quite possible, I don't know what may or may not work with the
newer versions of osm2pgsql. This was working well when it was written,
but that was two years ago. Would be great for somebody to see if it still
is working or if there is a simpler method nowadays. osm2pgsql is not easy
to use on Windows.
