Ok. Looks like the one db system would always require changes to the current
database schema and OSM API. The new system must be designed, implemented
and tested before it can be used (clients & servers). I know people are
already busy with API v0.6. Hasn't the cycle from v0.5 to v0.6 already taken
over 12 months? How long would it take to get the new one database system
alive? 6 months? 12 months? any estimates? My hunch is around 12 months...
