[Legal-general] Informal decision making body for OSM-PD repository?

I'm going to move forward with the offer of hosting services from Bob
Basques and the repository folder structure that we have discussed. I
should be coming back to our group with details on the new repository
set-up soon. I would think it prudent at that point for use to make a
decision as a group to move forward with that repository (at least
temporarily) or to discuss/choose an alternative.

I was wondering if we might create an informal decision making body
for OSM PD. I don't think this needs to be anything fancy or formal at
this point. We can have a one-person/one-vote system.

I think this decision making body might help avoid future disputes and
give our group a little more legitimacy.

Is it too soon for this step? I must admit some of my desire for this
action stems from my own fear of acting to hastily in behalf of others
in an effort to get things done. If I can go back to a group for some
sort of consensus I would worry less about this.
