[Legal-general] OSM PD Data Repository Online

Let's uses the one we have now until it gets full.

The audio files and photos that I have are quite crappy and I don't think
anyone else will understand them - audio files are mainly street signs
pronounced in my own strange way.. and photos some quick shots here and
there.

I don't really have anything else to upload except the .osm file, which I
have been creating. And that doesn't take much space.
