[Legal-general] Which approach would be the best to import data into PD database?

This situation we are discussing is the best reason to set up a PD
repository. It isn't really practical to contact all of those PD users
to get their data under a PD license.
I have some good news. I believe we are in the process of getting
space for our repository at the OSGeo. I'll keep averyone updated.
