Tim, in most current democracies, the political candidates make very
little promises. Nor will they enter into an asymmetrical debate, like
we are having here (an elected person vs. a complete outsider). People
do not like these debates.

Fortunately it's on legal-general and I'm under the impression that
no-one reads it.

"What percentage of users are willing to relicense their contributions
as PD ?" is the wrong question. The right question is "What percentage
of users are in favour of creating a split ?". Most of them will not
be.


As for the load levels on dev: Rather look for spikes in the munin
history. There are plenty of them each day.
