Hi all,

Imagine I create a geocoding service using OSM data. The geocoding is
commercialized as a service where people submit addresses and they get
lat/lon.

A client make use of that geocoder to geocode his propietary database. Does
his data need to become ODbL?

Looking at this
http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Open_Data_License/Trivial_Transformations_-_Guideline#Geocoding_databasesI
dont get a clear answer.

Another scenario:

I want to create a map of poverty per country around the world. I have a
dataset with country names. If I take the country boundaries from OSM and
put them on the same database, on the same table that my data. Does my data
on poverty per country need to become ODbL?

Thanks in advance for any insights.

Best,
