[OSM-legal-talk] Canadian data: new license is more permissive

The Canadian gov't has announced more permissive licensing.

My reading of this is that we can include a credit in a credits file
somewhere, and be free to use the data.  Including relicensing it as
CC-SA or other.  Thoughts?
