I'm interested in participating since I believe I have a licence that 
would be ideal for OSM ( Talis Community Licence 
http://www.talis.com/tdn/tcl) and I believe that the distinction around 
copyright vs database right is not widely appreciated. I'm not a lawyer, 
just a passionate techie.
