This is an interesting new take on the "share-alike" theme. Unlike the 
SA advocates I heard until now, you are not saying that the commercial 
entity should share things it makes from OSM data, but you say it should 
share the very OSM data it made things of. I never thought of that 
because I thought that OSM data would trivially be available and no 
external entity required to host it, but there may be a point to it.
