That's a good point. I'll add it to the FAQ.
Clicking on a map will not always cause a point that exists in the
source DB to
be chosen. If I click on dozens of points between two nodes on the M1, I have
not clicked on a point actually in the database, and so no actual data
from the
DB has been copied. I don't know how the DB right handles this kind of
inference.

It's a difficult one. If it is the case that the law explicitly states that
clicking derives then we can't really say that it doesn't. If however
it's open
to interpretation then it's definitely worth clarifying.
