I'll add that a license for a given country (jurisdiction) is not trivial, but 
a license valid internationally is pretty difficult to draft.

Not really: just find someone with knowledge about international copyright 
laws and WIPO traties. He (or she) should know about differences and 
similarities between jurisdictions.
