I think that's like looking up someone's address in the phone book, then
writing it on a letter. Not copyrightable, and not significant for
database rights.

Good idea. I'm in :-)
Or could we all assign our data (non-exclusively) to the foundation so
that they can issue waivers for specific cases like this.
