Funny thing here is, if BadCompany™ finds a loophole to relicense OSM data by 
rendering the ODL invalid (or otherwise), then OSM would have a *huge* change 
of using the same loophole to relicense the NavTeq/TeleAtlas stuff.

Maybe I just oversimplified, but it looks like a win-win scenario to me...

In other words, it is not in the best interest of BadCompany™ to prove that 
the OSM data is void of any kind of copyright/DB protection.
