The CC-BY-SA 2.5 licence mentions that you must offer the work under the 
licence when you:

http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/2.5/legalcode

"distribute, publicly display, publicly perform, or publicly digitally 
perform"

I imagine that publishing would count as "distribute". Which I would 
further imagine to have the same meaning as for GPL-2, where it means 
roughly "give or send to anyone outside the company in any form". I am 
not a lawyer though.
