IANAL, but no.
_Now_, the content map data is under CC-BY-SA 2.0.
But his does not mean that he can't get the content _now_ under CC-BY-SA
3.0. As stated in [1,§4.b] one may distribute a "Derivative Work" (which I
guess is the case here) under "a later version of this License with the
same License Elements".
Therefore, I argue that CC-BY-SA 3.0 should be okay, given we're talking
about a "Derivative Work".
