You would need to ask the Foundation Secretary that. Your just luck I
occasionally read OSM-legal-talk ;-)

Anyway, the OSMF minutes up until July 08 are on the OSMF website (July was
out of order) and Mike should be adding Aug and Sept shortly. October's will
be approved at the next meeting so will go up sometime after that.
