The difference being that you are planning on trading off of the back of 
  the goodwill of many other people. I don't think it is unreasonable 
for those people to ask for reassurance that you are planning to respect 
their rights.

Cloudmade could have responded when I asked directly rather than ignore 
me and this thread would have been unnecessary.
