[OSM-legal-talk] Derived work fun

I saw this.  It doesn't seem to square with things that Ed has
suggested before.  At SOTM08 he said that placing a pin on the map
made it a derived work and was very unclear about the ownership.  In
your legal opinion - ;-) - can you both "own" data which you place on
a gmap?
