Will the new SA license be compatible with other free licenses? Most
important to me would seem:

- Compability with CC-BY-SA 3.0 (since many free data projects use it)
- Compability with GPL (both v2 only, v2 or later and v3 or later, since
these are the most common free software licenses)
- Compability with GFDL (common for free data projects, including wikipedia)

I'd even suggest to add explicit compability clauses into the new
license to achieve this.
