I strongly disagree with this part.
Omitting the attribution should not be an option.
It may be reduced to a certain level if the space or the re- 
use is limited, but "giving the worldfile with no further  
obligation" is not an option, even if it would resolve  
hypotetical future financal shortage at the foundation.
