[OSM-legal-talk] Licesne Working Group Report, 2009/02/02

This morning Steve, Grant, Jordan and myself met in the licensing working group.

The
main order of business was to get an update on the drafting of the text
of the license. Jordan and WSGR had a productive discussion last week,
and Jordan has allotted time this week for incorporating those
comments. There is a good chance that the draft will be ready this week.

We
also discussed some details of the implementation plan. Due to the
slight delay in the draft, everything gets pushed back. Sorry again for
the delays, but we are working very hard to get the license text and
plan and process ready for announcement as soon as possible.

The next working group meeting is tentatively scheduled for Friday.
