I would like to know if it is allowed to trace over the maps from:

I already know that it is allowed for:

http://www.madmappers.com/mapset.php?MS=182
http://www.lib.utexas.edu/maps/ams/north_africa/

since they are listed in:

http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Out-of-copyright_maps#Old_maps_found_elsewhere_on_the_web
