[OSM-legal-talk] Comparison of April 08 and February 09 drafts

Hi,

    the last ODbL draft that was circulated here was the April 2008 
version. Many of those interested in the topic have probably studied 
that draft then, and might now wonder: What, exactly, has changed 
between then and now?

I have created a merged document that shows the differences between the 
two drafts. (It has some things struck through and some inserted - 
Initially I wanted to do a side-by-side comparison but didn't find 
proper tools to do that.)

Some of the changes are quite minor (upper case/lower case) but I left 
them marked just in case there is some legal relevance to something ;-)
