Sounds great.

Lets document this one and move on. I are clear that there is an  
issue, we think we have got a good recommendation (and incidentally  
this is the same one we came to when reviewing the April08 version and  
which we incorporated into the Use Cases). Possibly we need to be more  
articulate this time!
