Facts are free, but I don’t think we can call all of the database’s
content facts.

When I input a road or a contour of a lake or a forest, it is a drawing,
a representation of reality.

Otherwise, anyone could make legal copies of nearly any photography
(e.g. landscapes), claiming that they are only a recording of facts. I
don’t think that such an argument would hold long in court…
