this is entirely relative and not true for who is (relatively) poor.
We are an international project with mappers (examples) also in Cuba,
Vietnam, Chile, Brazil, Tanzania, India etc. We do have unemployed and
student members for whom it is a barrier to pay membership fee for the
foundation, ...
