Sorry for the triple post.

Go to a Wikipedia article.  Look at the notice on the bottom.  It says
"Text is available under the Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike
License"  It does not say "this article is available under the
Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike License".
