I have asked on the odc-discuss mailing list about how the share-alike
of the ODbL interacts with the share-alike of BY-SA:

http://lists.okfn.org/pipermail/odc-discuss/2010-July/000275.html

Short answer: There is no problem.

Long Answer: ODbL 1.0 clause 4.6 doesn't cover other people using the
Produced Work and so it *doesn't* interact with BY-SA 3.0 Generic 8e .
And the content of the OSM database will be covered by DbCL 1.0, clause
2.1 of which means that the Produced Work *can* be placed under BY-SA .

One thing that might cause confusion is that both the ODbL and BY-SA
talk about "You". But each defines "You" separately and differently. The
"You" of the ODbL is very specifically the person (or organization)
using the data, *not* the "You" of BY-SA who is using the Produced Work.

I will ask odc-discuss about the implications of databases of
information extracted from BY-SA Produced Works next.
