If their data is CC-By-SA, then we need to attribute them. I see there is already a UMP-pcPL attribution under http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Attribution and I've added a little more detail from your email. However, I agree it would be a good courtesy to acknowledge at http://www.openstreetmap.org/copyright also, I do not have access though. A cross link would be good.
