Does that mean that screen captures from the app need to be CC-by-SA?

FTR I think a published POI list should be CC-by-SA, since the
threshold for something being a derived work is very low.. But if all
those POI lists made from Google maps are illegal, so practice would
seem to be that POIs is not a derived work.
