OS's OpenData License was released last few days of March 2010.

A few minutes ago OS demo'ed OSM Potlatch using OS's OpenData
Streetview Raster Tiles at the AGI GeoCommunity conference. *shock
horror* ;-)
There is interest in working together.
Henk of LWG is at the conference and reported the following a few
minutes ago: "Not all open/free licenses are compatible. OS is wants
to harmonize their open licenses with the UK open data program." -
