I don't know about any statements to that effect but it doesn't seem to
make any sense to delete contributions that are declared PD. PD
material is compatible with ODBL. It's the CC-BY-SA material that is not
compatible and needs re-licensing. As I understand it if you declare
your pre-CT contributions PD they will not be deleted. Am I mistaken?
