[OSM-legal-talk] remapping with anonymous public trace

Dear everyone,

In my attempt to do a bit of remapping in some areas, I can use
publicly available anonymous traces in JOSM where imagery is not
available.  Being anonymous traces, I cannot really tell whether these
traces will disappear after the license switchover.  My assumption is
that traces where a user declined/did not respond to CT will be
removed as well.  Given the above assumptions, is OK to re-map using
anonymous traces?
