Though not by me. You can, of course, find who contributed particular code
through github (and, before that, svn/trac).

In turn, could I ask who you are, given that you subscribed to legal-talk
this morning, have no track record of OSM contributions that I can see, and
appear to be slightly confused about the spelling of your first name?
