No one is sidelining anything - if it's worthy of discussion, discuss
it with those who can answer the questions in a forum where it can be
examined in detail.

I'm not sure how discussing it one place VS another changes anything
except filling email boxes of those who don't care on 'talk' - why is
everyone so afraid of seeking answers on legal-talk?
