Do you mean that future OSM license changes?

ps. NLSFI data is not compatible with OSM license, but we can use it part of
OSM.

To my understanding not even ODbL would be suitable for import into OSM.

To be suitable for OSM it must conform with the contributor terms which
allow a future license change.
