[OSM-legal-talk] Using geocoding results in an app

Sorry for bothering once more, but I wanna add another question to the
previous ones:

Say my users always have 3 options to set their geolocation:
1.) use the HTML5 geolocation standard
2.) use mapquests geocoding
3.) enter their lat / lon manually
Additionally, let's assume I have a column in the resulting database
(boolean) that indicates whether the coordinates were derived from OSM
data (case 2) or through other sources (case 1 and 3). How do I have to
deal with this database (I assume it's a collective database and I'd
only have to make all data available that was gathered with method 2?)?

Thanks again!

Marcel
