Yes, I did think that I was getting the LWG! (& I've now found their
correct address), but thank you everybody for your comments.

No complaints about anything that anybody has said here, but I'm sure that
you all agree with me that it's a question that should be addressed &
resolved once & for all, so I will be passing it onto the LWG for their
opinion, & hopefully, an answer!
