The licensing working group, it has / had a slightly larger remit than 
just licensing, for example IP matters and it wrote the ToU for the OSMF.

Yes.

Yes and no. The DWG will likely point out that discretion should be 
used, but that it mostly a local matter if military objects are mapped 
or not.

That's why I pointed you to it, if you believe a warning is necessary 
you could simply link to the tou.

You would be really be mistaken to believe that the OSMF is going to do 
anything that would imply that it is involved in tagging (well that may 
have changed), curates or approves wiki content.
