[OSM-legal-talk] Own Photo altered Metadata - Google

I  don't know anything about the legalities in this particular case, but
would an easy solution not simply be to ensure that the Play Services 'high
accuracy' location finding is turned off on the device so that if photo
metadata is added for the location, it can only come from GPS and therefore
is completely OK?
