[OSM-legal-talk] License waiver for Onondaga County, NY building footprint data

Hello,

I contacted the Syracuse–Onondaga County Planning Agency to ask for a 
license waiver to import their building footprint data for the county. 
Below is the waiver:

this waiver acceptable if I intend to move forward with the import 
process?
