Sorry this section made me think this was re imagery:

servies*, et/ou la production de sets de données vectorielles dérivés, dans
chaque cas dans l’objectif de contribuer à OpenStreetMap.* Il peut
notamment afficher les images services en fond de plan pour vectoriser les
objets qui y sont visibles dans le but de les ajouter à la base de données
d’OpenStreetMap.*

I would suggest also explicitly stating that the user has permission to
add/import the data into OSM.

Also, for a general waiver, as Tom mentioned, we would want included the
waiver regarding the restrictions from Sec. 2 a.5.B. of CC-BY (which is
included in the English template from the blog post)
